Simply put, Pilates is resistance training. Pilates uses springs over a variety of apparatus to deliver a true full body workout combining both stretch and strength.
-
Classical Pilates is more than a workout, it’s a lifelong movement practice. The classical method follows a specific progression of exercises crafted by Joseph Pilates himself. The exercises are performed over a variety of apparatuses to achieve a balanced full body workout that corrects muscular imbalances and improves posture, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and so much more.
At Physical Studios we proudly champion and practice the classical method. Why? Because you deserve the real deal.
