Physical Studios was born out of a desire to bring exceptional private training to my favorite neighborhood in East LA. Here we practice two tried and true forms of movement that have stood the test of time - strength training and authentic classical Pilates. Gain muscle, mobility, and ownership of your movement in a studio all to yourself, outfitted with the highest quality equipment.
